1. Do you ship internationally?

4. How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Typical standard shipping rates are: United States: starting from USD 6.99, with free shipping on orders over USD 169; Europe: starting from USD 12.99, with free shipping on orders over USD 189; Hong Kong: starting from USD 4.99, with free shipping on orders over USD 89; Other International Regions: starting from USD 15.99, with free shipping on orders over USD 219. Final shipping costs may vary depending on order details and destination.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders delivered within the United States, customs duties or import taxes generally do not apply. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other destination-related charges may apply depending on local laws and regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only under limited conditions. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours after placement only if they have not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, or if more than 48 hours have passed, it will be handled under our return and refund policy instead.
8. What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
9. Are ceramic products eligible for return?
Yes, eligible ceramic products may be returned within the approved return window, but they must be unused, kept in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging, protective materials, inserts, and included components. Because ceramic products are fragile, they must also be packed securely for return transit.
10. What items are not eligible for return?
Items are generally not eligible for return if they are marked as final sale or clearance, customized or personalized, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging or protective materials, or returned in a condition not suitable for resale. For ceramic products, items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or inadequate return packaging may also be refused.
11. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide your order number together with clear photos of the item, inner packaging, outer packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the issue promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, ordering error, or another reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a verified merchant error, damaged-on-arrival item, defective item, or incorrect item, we may provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, return label, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

Our website is a self-hosted store built on WordPress and powered by WooCommerce.
